(Departure pick-up is based on 3-4 hours prior to scheduled flight departure).
All hotels' peak season surcharges or compulsory festive gala dinners.
Air tickets, taxes, visa fee, hotel miscellaneous charges (IDD, room service, laundry etc.)
and any expenses of personal effects.
Important Reminders:
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure the safe keeping of their personal belongings & valuables.
For all SIC (Seat-In-Coach) transfers, paxs are advised to be punctual and be ready at least 15 minutes before time.
Company will not be responsible for passengers who are late and have missed their transport, as this may disrupt and delay the transfer schedule that may involve other joining passengers.
Terms & Conditions:
The above package requires a minimum of 02 paxs per booking.
For single traveler, additional charge of USD25 per pax will apply.
All transfers are based on SIC (Seat-In-Coach) basis.
Midnight hour arrival & early hour surcharge from 22:00-08:00HRS @ USD10 per pax/way will be apply.
Pick up time for hotel to airport transfer is 3-4 hours prior to flight departure time, depending on location of hotel.
Each passenger is entitled to only 1 luggage + 1 hand carrier. Any excess luggage that may require the service of a luggage van, passenger will be charged accordingly.
All reservations are subject to room availability. Full payment will be required upon confirmation of the booking.
Each extension night of stay is inclusive of daily breakfast.
The above package rates are applicable for FIT bookings ONLY.
No refund will be given for any unused portion of the package & services
or missed transfer without calling our hotline for clarification.
